Return Policy:
At Buttercup Designs we feel that the only way to build a business is through customer satisfaction and commitment to quality. We want you to feel secure when purchasing our products online, and we want you to come back year after year to add to your collections. Just like our local customers do.
Regular Items:
A regular item is any product that is purchased online using the paint and decoration choice that are on that product info page. These items can be returned for a full refund of the product price. Simply repack the item and return it to us via UPS or FedEx. Upon receipt of the undamaged product we will credit your account. We must be notified within 48 hrs of your intentions to return an item. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
Personalized / Custom Made:
Since these items are made specifically for you we cannot accept returns on these items. Please feel free to call us with any questions prior to ordering custom made items.
Damaged Items:
Any items that are received damaged must be reported by phone or email within 24hrs of receiving your order. Please furnish us with the order number, your name, your phone number, and the nature of the damage. Please note if you receive a box that looks beat up or crushed in any way, we will call you to determine what would be the best course of action, to either return the item for a new one, or repair it locally.
